USE INDICATIONS
Miledix® is a food supplement composed by magnesium, L-tryptophan (serotonin precursor), titled and standardized dry extracts of Polygonum cuspidatum and Crocus sativus (saffron).

Magnesium contributes to the psychological and muscular normal function
Saffron contributes to the mood and it combats the menstrual disorders
The Polygonum cuspidatum contributes to the menstrual cycle regularity.

COMPOSTION
A sachet of Miledix® contains: magnesium (from magnesium bisglycinate) (225 mg) (VNR% 60), L-tryptophan (150 mg), dry extract of Crocus sativus (saffron) Affron® (30 mg), resveratrol (from Polygonum cuspidatum) (30 mg).

COMPONENTS
MAGNESIUM CHELATED BISGLYCINATE
The magnesium is an essential mineral for human feeding and it has many functions for our organism, acting in more than 300 metabolic processes. It contributes to the muscular normal function, being part of muscle contraction, and to the psychological normal function. The magnesium has a physiologic, muscle-relaxant and soothing action. Its lack, also linked to the stress, frequently determines muscular tension and cramps, with muscle pain (myalgia). For this reason, it is important maintaining correct levels of magnesium in our organism. The chelation applied to the magnesium favorites its absorption.

L-TRIPTOPHAN
It is an essential amino acid, which is assumed by the diet. It is precursor of the neurotransmitter serotonin and melatonin, for which are attributed positive effects on the mood and the sleeping quality.

POLYGONUM CUSPIDATUM
The Polygonum cuspidatum is a perennial herbaceous plant, belonging to Polygonum genre, which was born in Asia, but currently also in Europe. The main active component in the Polygonum cuspidatum is the resveratrol (3,5,4’-triidrossi-trans-stilbene), a phenol but no a flavonoid, naturally produced by many plant species, such as grapes, in defend of pathogen agents such as bacteria and fungi. The resveratrol is supported by many scientific studies which confirm its antioxidant and anti-inflammatories properties. Moreover, the Polygonum cuspidatum contributes to the menstrual cycle regularity.

AFFRON® CROCUS SATIVUS DRY EXTRACT (SAFFRON)
The Crocus sativus, commonly called saffron, is a little perennial plant, belonging to the Iridaceas family. The saffron stigma contains many bioactive components, including alpha-crocin, crocin, pirocrocin and safranal, responsible for organoleptic properties of the plant (color and smell), but also of documented biologic properties. The beneficial use of the saffron for the wellness of the cognition is typical in traditional medicine, but it is also documented by many clinical studies. The saffron contributes on the mood and it combats the menstrual disorders.

USE
It is advisable the assumption of 1 or 2 sachets per day Miledix®, melting them in a glass of still water (about 150 ml) at ambient temperature.

WARNINGS
Miledix® must be stored at ambient temperature (between 8° e 25°) in a fresh and dry place. The expiry date is linked to the product correctly stored, in unopened package. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years old. Must not be exceeded the advised daily dose. The food supplements are not substitutes of a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The potential chromatic variation of the product is to be considered a natural phenomenon, because of the presence of a high quantity of plant extracts.
